Hey Everyone, im New on here but unfortunately not new to calorie counting and diets. Feeling really low about my weight, hate looking at my body in the mirror! but I am here to do it for good this time, i need to! I have been reading though all your posts and i see nothing but support and this gives me such joy and hope that I can do this. i dont want to loose it quick like in the past, Im setting small goals to start with. I look forward to following you all on this adventure (not a fan of thw word journey 🤣) lets do this!!
