Once you get out of the routine it's tough to get into it because we always just say to ourselves: "What's one more day of indulgence, I'll start tomorrow!" You just need to remind yourself what's the reason you started this weight loss process. You are at your goal weight, accomplished so much. You don't want to sabotage yourself and gain too much weight back.
