Really excited to have four consecutive days of more intense exercise, despite the shoulder issues. I did start with my PT exercises to loosen that, and moved on to kettle bell, Total Gym, a quick kickboxing DVD, and a little Barre to cool down. I'm happy with my weight, so focusing on toning and building/keeping muscle.
