Dieting or painful exercising is not the way.
I have been there.
You got to find your own way for a life time change. Eating and exercising with moderation.
There are no tricks, no magic, no drugs. Plain moderation.
I guess you have heard about weight loss surgeries. Even those are nothing else but forced eating moderation. Some of them do have some extra benefits. But all of them end up in a few years. And then you are again on your own. Hopefully that you have learned to eat with moderation or else...
So...moderation.
