Morning exercise
Yoga: 1 hour

I have got to start doing yoga again every day. My wrist has been killing me and yoga seems to be the only thing to help it.
If I do yoga than I can go about my day and not think about my wrist unless I really strain it or hit it but if I don't do yoga even laying down with it to my side a certain way and it starts to hurt.
I have REALLY BAD carpal tunnel in my right wrist. It has been this way for over a year and I was about to go to the doctor but tried yoga first and it works as long as I keep it up. I would hate to have surgery or something on it just because I am lazy and don't feel like doing my workout.
Making a point to do it!!
