I haven't been able to weigh myself recently, and it's been difficult taking photos of my food & logging it all.. uh, all I can say is I left my home and I'm in a Shelter now because home is not safe

Sorry to read you are doing it tough and are seeking shelter help. I hope they have found a safe place for you. I'm a middle aged male and cannot work out why some other men are despicable against women. Find you and keep yourself safe. Get back on track with dieting when you get your head around your current situation
