I couldn't keep my eyes open past 11pm last night. slept until 4am where my cat was clawing window to get inside. Actually woke up at 7am ready to go. The day before ago I slept 9hrs! it helps that I didn't take my ADHD meds yesterday; if I question "did I take it??" I just won't. I learned anything past 10am is too late to take it. I hate being back at 191.2 again. I spent 1.5 months in 180s. Today is a strict day, plus weightlifting... there's non caramelle; non cibo al ristorante. (no Candy, no resturant food) I am going to push forward from here.
