YEA 180.4 TODAY...goodbye 180s....170s here I come!! WATCH OUT!! Getting so excited - finally starting to realize I WILL REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT for the first time in my life!! I am worth the effort and the time!! What an amazing feeling to finally start believing in myself and I maybe actually starting to love myself...SHOCKING!! But TRUE!! Amazing how you can let people and life brain wash you into thinking your not worth anything...or can't accomplish anything...WELL THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE!! I (WE) CAN DO ANYTHING I CHOOSE TO DO...YES CHOOSE.. IT IS IN MY CONTROL TO MAKE LIFE WHATEVER I WANT.. Well I am finally choosing to take control and be a much happier person. I know that this new outlook will have a trickle down effect on my work and friendships. And who knows...maybe with this new attitude I might find someone to share my life with...now that would be awesome!! Hey at this point in my life if it happens that would be great (which I hope it does) but if not then it wasn't meant to be. But having a positive outlook will help!!

OK...come on weekend...really to have some fun!! Very stressful week at work...bring of the sunshine and beach!!
