I ran 6km on the treadmill which I was happy about.Spending the entire day on a plane yesterday,I ‘’only’’ drank 2 wines for the day which I’m certain helped me run a lot better.Now only wine on Wednesday (pub night with friends) & Friday nights. Meh 😩
