I don't, but I'm commenting on your post to bump it... I'm sure there are some on here who have endo and can share what they have learnt regarding managing weight and nutrition alongside the condition... 

Thank you ☺ I get something called endo belly where my entire belly swells up after a flare up. It causes an increase in weight due to fluid build up (which is caused by inflammation). It's very interesting... and painful!  

How did I miss this?! I have endo and definitely bloat and out on weight. The bloating pushes on everything and makes it hurt even more 😬 

I mean gain weight. In 30 years of it I haven't worked out how to avoid it, besides non-stop pill taking x
