Yeah I was bad. I went up instead of down. Last night for dinner we had Chinese from the deli at our local grocery store because it was quick and easy and we were running late. but I hope to to get rid of if it soon.
Is there a place on here to put your body measurements? I want to check my measurements at every 10# I lose.
