This was difficult this morning. It's the first time that when I woke I was really sore. The ride yesterday was just to much for my level of fitness atm.

Thank you. I don't believe it will take long, but it was enough to say "hey buddy you overdid it yesterday".

You need a massage or a hot bath ;-) Your muscles are probably retaining water now so don't freak out if you weigh yourself.

Hi Snezica, you're probably right. I just started riding in April. I hadn't done amy 50 mile rides until yesterday and it was on a whim. Live and learn lol.
