🏄♀️🍍🏝️I had to wait for a treadmill to be free so started workout on the x-trainer.I’m happy to have stuck to my training plan whilst on holidays. Skipping buffet breakfast has not affected my time here.Lots of small decisions 🏝️🍍🏄♀️
