My scale is just evil. I got on it this morning and it said 179, which would have broken my stall, but I double checked and it was over 180. Dang!

Yesterday we had Ladies Bunko night at church. I used leftover cake pieces to make about 120 cake pops. I took about 60 of them to bunko. Also took some to the neighbor and gave the kids some. I tasted some pieces and they were good. I did try little itty bitty pieces of sweet things, but added meat and cheese. I really did well, but my blood sugar did go up to 130. I didn't know how to put in the little bits I ate so I said it was a piece of cake. Maybe all together it matched. I love sugar, why does it hate me so? lol.

So the last few days I've hardly had over 1000 calories, way below my RDI, but still he scale doesn't budge downward. Five days of revival starts Wednesday, and since I'm volunteering every night, dinner will be a challenge. My calories may stay low!

The scale lies. I hope you break your plateau soon. Maybe try increasing your calories a little.

Do you drink lots of water? We must be evil twins...my Idiot Box keeps saying "178, 179, 180" over and over.LOL

Usually changing something activity or intake up or down can make your body get jump started from a stall. Three consecutive days with little or no change and I have started changing things up. I dropped below 1200 to 1k intake this time. Last time I went from no daily walk to a huge daily walk and bump things into gear. Fat remembers like the darned elephants do. LOL

I do drink a lot of water. I pee all day and sometimes all night, or at least it seems that way when I have to wake up from a good dream to stumble to the bathroom! I was hoping dropping my calories for a few days would do something, and though I'm not very active, I'm many times more active than I was up until about March, when I finally started feeling better and was able to move. I'm nowhere near the activity level of many on here yet. I even shook up my carbs a bit trying to shake things up but it hasn't done much. I had lowered my calories thinking maybe I was getting too many. Well the next few days will be different activity and less calories and everything. I almost wish I could do a little fasting, but with my gut troubles I don't think that is a very good idea. Well, it will get there! Maybe I'll do a huge drop all at once! lol, keep dreaming!
