Well, still struggling to get this weight off. I have gained 5 pounds since this time last summer and I want those 5 pounds gone! I am going on a trip in 16 days and I want at least 3 of those 5 gone by then. Guess I had better get serious. My goals: work out daily, lots of water, less than 1200 cal daily and snack on veggies and apples mostly.
