my attempt to regain my health, redux
Well, when i realised my weight was only going to keep going up and my excuses had run out, i finally got myself back into the gym this week, going along with my neighbour. So far i have managed three times, monday wednesday and today friday. mornings. I have also given up my recreational drug habit and the last obstacle is tackling my insane appetite.
Restarting tracking my intake is a part of that, so here's hoping it works this time.
my foot op recovery is still an issue. If i could go back and talk to myself, i would tell me to forget it, that it caused more pain than it cured, but oh well, eh?
ok, time to fill the fridge with healthy stuff.
