that new low didn't last long.... had homemade pizza for dinner last night. I plan to lift today! Really needed those 2 rest days.

I allow 2 days rest minimum in between working w weights because I do full body WO each time. Sometimes 3 if I need to. I walk everyday though.

I lift 6 days a week. I take body pump 3xs a week, doing elliptical as a warm up, I lift with a trainer once a week,( then stay and work out on my own) I double up classes on Weds, body pump first, pilates afterwards, I work out on my own 2 days a week, and one day a week cardio is included with workout.

I do approximately 2 hour workout 3 days a week....Mon., Wed. Friday. On Tues, Thurs. & weekends I may do gardening, housework, etc. Sometimes, I do the bare minimum on rest days (basic houework) & just chill.

I go every second day. 1/2 hour cardio on the recumbent stepper, and an hour on weight machines. Alternate legs+abs one of the days, then arms+abs the other. Belly is refusing to budge. Lots of poundage still to lose though, so I'm sure in time it may finally decide to comply.

Schedule? Your supposed to have a schedule :-). I walk when I feel like it. Sometimes my walk breaks into a run when I’m feeling really good. Usually comes out to 20 miles a week and two full body kettlebell sessions.

Schedule... I am ADHD, so those concepts are a bit beyond me... but I am making attempts at regulating some of my behaviours IE eating, sleeping. Still working on the walking thing, I don't do it very well... still healing from a broken toe on my right foot, and my left leg is partially paralyzed, so navigation is rather tricky right now. I may get some Therabands so I can at least do something while I am stuck in my chair... it has to be easy though, or my shoulders will hyper-extend, and it hurts getting them back into place. BTW my Physiotherapist of 12 years used to call me the walking wreck... and it's the truth. Keep on Truckin Dazey!
