Today sucks! Work was stressful, and I left my lunch at home. I did all right til about 2pm and then I got really hungry. I came home and ate things I really didn't want, and I am supposed to meet friends for dinner. I really want to lose weight this time, but today is tought! I think I will try to enjoy a reasonable dinner out without blowing WAY to bad and then start fresh tomorrow. I was doing really good for the first 4 days though!!
