I cannot believe that I have lost 25 pounds... You know, in all these years since I started putting on this weight, I tried so many different diets to lose it. Atkins is.. giving me my life back.
I'm gonna be healthier, more beautiful, glowing with confidence.. I won't be afraid to go out and be the fattest girl out of all of my friends and have to wear old lady clothes. Cause I will be thin and lean and be able to wear a size 5 in jeans and smalls in everything else!
Most importantly, for the first time in my life, I feel in control of my hunger, my cravings, my blood sugar. I feel STRONG - like I can do anything.
This is amazing and I am truthfully so grateful. So so so so SO grateful.
20 more to go - but those will be the hardest 20 to go!
By the end of the summer, I'd like to be down to 130, then I am going to start adding in some more nuts/seeds and fruit, trying to find my CCLL.
I hope to achieve my goal by the new year 2012 and maintain it for life!!
Thanks so much to everyone here, you've really helped so much and been so inspirational. It makes me want to cry! Love you all if you're reading this!
