Morning exercise
Yoga: 1 hour
Bike:

I did my yoga this morning and can tell how long it has been. After my morning coffee and breakfast I plan to get my biking in this morning as well.
going to be another hot day and could get up to 116 today :{ everyone stay as cool as you can if you are in this heat.
I am feeling so much better now that I am working out again.
Funny story, my three year old and 17 mo old were in the "red room" and were digging under the couch. I bent down to see what they were reaching for and had to pull out the couch. What did I find?? MY entire carton of strawberries I bought a few days ago!
My three year old loves to hide in this corner and do all sorts of bad things from drawing on the couch to eating food and he hide it when he saw me coming and I guess forgot about it untill he got hungry again.
He is such a little handfula and is always into something, lol.
Still, ya got to love them.
Evening exercise
Bike: 15.5-17.5 mph, 6-7 resistance, 15 miles, 58 minutes
I did not get around to my bike this morning so I did it all tonight.
