I am new to this app; I'm hoping it will help. I feel a bit alone in trying to lose weight because at 185 people don't think I "look" like I need to lose weight, but my back & hip begs to differ. Due to all my health issues I can't do exercising without pain & sometimes making it worse for me to do anything else for the rest of the day, but I'm trying to get a better attitude for doing asst last some (just getting dishes done is an exercise for me that I usually have to do in stages due to pain).
