day 2 of cycle. I think taking a few days off my meds/vits helped it start, but still late...i will plan more effectively next month. I'm so exasperated by the 1-2 week break from exercise. At the very least, I wish I could maintaining walking. Translating to "Sea in the blood", I have Beta Thalassemia minor; I have never had a normal iron level and can't take iron supplements, but I take magnesium, electrolytes, and vit c (to help with metabolizing iron that I do eat). Along with Proteolytic Enzymes, which help break down protein into their amino acids more efficiently. My blood cells are shaped like wiggly rectangles. So, needless to say this time of month is VERY DRAINING. It always has been.. I look like the Goth that I am, pale and on the brink of death.... On the bright sunny side, this cycle I didn't spike passed 195, maintaining a lower weigh in range for the month: 194 to 191... average being 193. Slowly I am making progress.. Maintaining work out consistency would indeed speed up the process....
