That is a great achievement. Keep going !! I did something similar at 300 pounds, and also lost 125 pounds. My wife said I was TOO skinny, and wanted me to gain a little back. I did and am at 210 pounds, but really want to be at about 180 - 185. She says I am fine at between 200 and 210. I've been at this now since Nov 5, 2018, do not regret the challenge, and am maintaining really good except for holidays. Then, it is time to get serious again and lose those holiday pounds. I ride my recumbent bike between 20 and 23 miles per day generally 5 days a week. Running is out for me due to knee injuries. But, keep at it, as a part of your everyday life. Maintenance, persistence, and focus are the keys.
