Only 72% sleep last night…one of them I couldn’t get to sleep…and when I did..I was up..draining the water…and at 415am..woke up..thinking time to move…at 5am…walked 20 minutes thru the hallways…got my first mile in…now sipping on my reward☕️….lol
For some reason..I have been waking up earlier lately…it’s like my body is already changing time again…
Rode 30 minutes yesterday…7. Miles in France….and also after lunch did upper body resistance bands…lowered the over head from 70… to 60…. Il do that for a week or so..then go back up…also did kettlebell crunches…still doing the counter pushups…adding more each week…
As one gets older….yes it happens..we also forget to keep the whole body moving…I was surprised when I first tried to do 1 counter push-up….and was unable to….now I do 32-40…while I waiting on ☕️to run thru the one cup…
Less sleep…and got more done before breakfast…then usual…and feeling do charged up…could be the coffee…but I did all that before that first ..mmmmm..
Well…want to move a bit more before breakfast…
