am now on blood pressure and cholesterol meds. trying to lose weight. figuring daily meals is difficult. am 73 year lady.

You can try apps/websites like “eat this much” to help with meal ideas. I find them helpful sometimes. Also, books like “Mike Matthews-The shredded chef” or “Mike Dolce-The Dolce Diet” are also good resources that I use from time to time. Best of luck 😎
