I’ve been away for a bit and too scared to weigh in. I’ve read your post going back a couple of days and totally agree with you. Winter is a demon to deal with and yes I absolutely have always gained kgs every winter and this one is no different. However I need to get my head back in the game and make smarter choices on those snacks which are ultimately what brings us undone. 

I hear you and I feel you. I've avoided weigh ins too. As long as you're not kicking yourself too bloody hard. This winter gain thing is not at all ideal, but also kinda normal. I've stopped buying junk snacks, and I'm consciously not eating while watching tv at night. It's hard sometimes, but it's slowly paying off.
