Diario de shannieq, 15 jul. 15

My mom is now gone.... I didn't realize how far I let myself go and how much weight I actually gained. I tried to focus my attention else where. I have decided that the next year is going to be about me and about what I want. The first thing... sign up and go to the gym on my lunch five days a week......
Second thing take time out if I feel like going for a walk and not feeling bad about it.
