hey guys, I have spent so much time on fs lately that I am having minor withdrawal on my semi-break in which I have deleted the app and only log in via desktop. but I am happy with my choice, it gives me more energy for mindfulness in eating and movement which is of course the whole point in being here anyway... and I am also glad not to spend any time looking at other people projecting their low self esteem onto everyone else here in nasty ways. so the verdict is in, checking in on desktop site is better for me personally right now. I have a great exercise plan for this week, but won't be logging it here. but I still support you all.. and wish you the best in spite of my reduced support hearts and comments. Sorry for that and sending good thoughts and support now! <3 have a great day!

I mostly use the desktop version myself but like the app for the reports so that I can see how I am doing with macros and nutrients. Be happy and well! You have a wedding to think about. 💕

Zen, I set a timer on Alexa for 30 minutes, I say Alexa screentime and she starts the timer, I only allow myself 10 minutes to scroll and support, the rest of the time I am doing my food diary. After that I just pop back in every once in a while when I sit down for a break. All this energy I have is causing me to catch up on deep cleaning, well and the fact that I can now SEE the dust and clutter. The timer keeps me from getting lost in the scrolling.

I became addicted to FS again this part weekend. In fact, I had forgotten people could read my journal until I noticed some commenting on them, but I understand what you're implying. There are people I like here, and others not so much. 👸

Doing it for the likes and scoring internet points is not good for your health. Physical and mental wellness are equally important. Take care of your bodymind and know that we love the posts you didn't make as much as the ones you did.

I just do desktop, too. Not on my phone. You'll be glad you limit your time on any social media site.
