Lineruds I have adjustable dumbbells that are pretty sweet (past journal pic) and are great for upper body workouts. Once I upped the weight it was hard on my elbows and form in general for lower body because of the shape. So now I use the barbell for lower lifting days and these for my full body HIIT routines. This style of plate really is handy.
