9st 2.5 (half off at WW!) A real shocker at WW, was totally expecting a gain and prepared for even 2lb, the way I'd overeaten! And a really early start yesterday morning when I did this weigh in (I'm writing this Sunday) so without my usual 'preamble' shall we say, I wasn't expecting a very good result so again it was a surprise. But I wouldn't be relying on that amount of over indulgence as an effective means of eight loss for another week lol! I've convinced both daughters to join me in the bounts couch to 50k cycling challenge, so need to get out again twice this week. I really enjoy cycling so it's great as long as the weather holds! I'm lucky where I live to have such beautiful routes nearby :-)
