I'm in trouble! I thought I'd come over here and hide from it! If anyone is looking for me, you haven't seen me, got it?!

yeah...ok! Diet. boring topic! move on to a new one!

Exercise...i'm in a slump and haven't wanted to do anything at all this week! I went on Monday and Tuesday, put in half-hearted effort, left early and haven't returned to the gym or to bootcamp! Before you all panic though, remember that I go through this at least once every 5-6 months or so. It's my turn to take a chill pill! I figured you'd all understand!

I'm gonna be good come Monday though! you wait and see! :)

I think you and I are on the same schedule. I do the same thing. It seems like something happens at the 6 month mark. You work so hard...I totally understand needing "time off." You'll get back to it in no time. Your body will miss it so much that you'll come back with a vengeance!!
