that was last night... i have been walking 2 miles a day for a couple days a week and it seems to help alot im so excited... I'm at that spot where i feel like i cant lose anymore weight... Hopefully this walking will change all that... Im trying to count my calories but mainly im just watching what i eat... Like today... i was having a playdate with one of my girlfriends from work and we went to mc'ds and i was so tempted to eat a 10 piece nuggets meal but instead i ordered apple dippers and a sweet tea yay!! for me
73,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 0,6 kg a la Semana
