Feeling so rested….
Rode yesterday shortly after breakfast…7-8 miles in zwift…then played pool….won 1… he put 8 ball in to early…put 8 back out…I lost second part of game…next game..I lost….but different moves for this body…..
Also used resistance bands..going to add more for a few days…then next week lower the resistance again….
First cup gone…as is 20 oz of water…..breakfast next..then…..either walking or bike ride..just movement…
