I decided to eat a oatmel breakfast today. I really want to lose this weight. When I eat oatmeal in the morning I am not as hungry late in the day. My clothes are feeling great on me. I got into a 14 pant yesterday. I am was in an 18. The inches are feeling great because excercising is the key to this weight loss. I know that if I keep at it in a few months I will be down to 129. I just have to keep at it. I hate dieting but this time I know in my heart I will do it. Italy Awaits.
