One week from now and I will be getting ready for my departure!! I am trying really hard to stick to 1000 cals or less - cant do the no carbs thing, too tired to train or work without carbs - it might be a bad habit but so far I have managed to lose weight without totally giving up carbs - so, fingers crossed! I suspect I won't drop the last 5 lbs but if I can lose 3 then I will have lost a stone since I started. Don't usually like fruit but have had two lovely nectarines this week - but, god, like bananas they are high in carbs.. seems like carbs hang out in all the fun places! Booze, fruit, chocolate, bread . Amazed they haven't sneaked their way into the party that is vodka, butter, cheese and steak!! lol. Anyway, no gym last night as had to see the chiropractor - but have a session almost every day now between tonight (Body Pump) and next Thursday ... then, nails, spray tan, eyebrows, packing - TAKE OFF!!!! Yaaaaay!
