This just amazes me, but maybe its true for everyone. I have been on this diet for 4 months and have lost almost 50lbs, 1/5 of my body wieght. Granted I am tall, over 6 foot, but finally, just today, someone at work, noticed I had lost weight.

I hadn't told anyone at work, but it still amazes me that it took that long, and just one person. Oh well, I am not doing it for them so really doesn't matter. Just an observation.

Yeah, it's because they see you every day and don't realize it. If you see someone that you haven't seen in 6 months, they'll notice. I'm only down 25-30 lbs and I think only one person has said anything. I have a ways to go, so it's probably just not noticeable to them yet.
