Yesterday I had one of those days where I was hungry all day.....I resisted all and how does my scale repay me.....With a fluctuation....we'll fluc you too scales.....
I was going to meet a bestie for coffee and cake later but she can't make it now.....I got a spare 350 calories that I budgeted on cheesecake....think some almond butter toast is on the menu tonight :)
