The holy month for muslim begin in 17 June and still 1 month to go till ended, Holy month or Muslims usually called this by Ramadan is the month that we used to fasting from dusk till dawn and doing our religious things.
Despite bout that, not working out on this month is not an excuse because well obviously yes I CAN WORKOUT lol, eventho need a lot of rest between sets because I dont want to lose lots of water in my body. Ramadan is not the month to giving a progress bout your fitness goal, I think its more about keeping u stay toned cuz we tend to loss muscle mass and I'm not doing crazy cardio.. uh

Im just doing a quick warm up in treadmill speed 6.2, just a lil jog to make my heart rate up then doing some strecth and then lift some weights. Well thanks God in 11 days of Ramadan I lose 3 kg because I ate less hahaha yeah in regular basis Its so hard to losing a pound and now I KNEW why I cant lose it.. My management eating sucks. Here I am moving on from the past learning from it and still being awesome haha :)
