Nice job. There's supposed to be lots of health benefits from eating that way, one of which is to flip the switch of what's called the "skinny gene" to on. I've done IF but not that, would like to give it a try and see if I can maintain it for at least a couple weeks which is how long it's said is needed to activate the gene. Keep up the good work!
