Finally decided to consistanly come back to FS/CC now that my WW membership is up, and MFP had me about starving to death. Here's hoping this can help me get to goal!
Had my 6m thyroid check today with the Dr. Their records have me at a 32lb loss, and my BP went down 18 points. Finally. I have been waiting for my BP to reflect my hard work for almost a year now. It felt so good to hear my Dr. acknowledge and encourage my achievements! I am going to pull from that feeling for motivation today.
