Pretty proud of myself. Last night I was craving something salty and crunchy to snack on while I watched a scary movie. I did not give in to the temptation. After a few minutes I forgot about the bag of Doritos in the kitchen calling my name. I don't drastically restrict at this point, I just try to stay under my calorie goal for the day. I could afford the calories, but I chose not to indulge anyway. I know tracking my calories on this app has helped me with accountability. I'm realizing that my portion sizes and healthy eating wasn't as good as I thought before I started. Weigh in is tomorrow, and I hope to see another decrease, even if it's small. Fingers crossed.
