Things are going quite well. I started trying to lose weight 1 month ago today and so far I have taken off 17 pounds. I'm starting to see my progress now and more importantly I feel so much better!! Now to get on with month number 2 and try to keep this up. I am so thankful for this website. It has helped me tremendously just be aware of what I am eating and drinking. It also has some excellent healthy recipes available that are quick and simple to make. Thank you to those who submit them.
