Diario de amyskids, 08 jun. 15

It is a good thing I never weigh in on Mondays lol. The weekends are just so crazy sometimes. Saturday, I was at a baseball ceremony from 10-1. I was on my feet the whole time. I walked around a little bit while there and then we had a picnic (the association made smoked pork). I only ate the pork, not the baked beans or coleslaw. Then I went for a nice 2 mile walk afterwards (about 3mph). And did well for dinner as far as calories. Yesterday was a very diff. story. We were in the car for a total of 4 hrs. I did well with food until dinner lol. More pork (no bread), caprese salad, and I had potato chips and cake!! EIK! Not only did I NOT work out yesterday OR take 10,000 steps, or drink nearly enough water, but I didn't eat so great either. But thankful today is not a weigh in day. Hopefully between today and tomorrow I can have a good result by Wed. or Thurs morning when I do weigh in. Loading up on my water and planning a nice 1 hr brisk walk this afternoon as well as grocery shopping (which apparently can burn well over 100 calories :-) )

Sounds like you did fairly well...I mean to skip the beans and coleslaw (and the bun)...I did the same think a couple of weekends ago....BUT it is NOT easy to watch everybody else eat ALL of the trimmings and the desserts...Keep on Keeping on, Buddy...your dedication WILL bring results!!!!!!!!!!!!
