It's so nice to pluck fresh greens from my little garden :)
I went to the gym at the fire station, they have a thing called dip machine. I love it, my abs will be in pain tommarow. I jogged a little also, feels good to be stronger!!!

Great job on the abs workout! Love how good fresh greens taste!! Will be sad when it gets too hot here. They will be back in the fall, the arugula comes back on it's own, the rest I will have to re-plant and hope they make it.
