I made a really delicious lunch for myself today, and it was easy. I had a can of "petite diced tomatoes with garlic and oil" and I added a half of a grated cucumber and some lime juice and salt - like gazpacho but I didn't have any cilantro. It was very filling, I ate it all, and I am calling it 2 points, but I think it was only 1 point. Hope you feel better - I have been filling up on zero point veggie snacks, like celery dipped in spicy salsa. I am making the soup tomorrow too, with the tomatoes flavored with green chilies, and maybe some minced celery because that is what I have. Good Luck!
