The hard thing for me is to find delicious, low calorie alternatives to my old faves.I simply love pasta …& it definitely LOVES me adding pounds by simply thinking of it!😂 Tonight’s dinner is seasoned zucchini noodles using my spiralizer& veg rich sauce

Looks delish! BTW, fresh pasta has far fewer calories than dried. Although I still would avoid a lot.

I’ve also made lasagna using zucchini sliced into thin wide strips. If you’re going to try it, I would really recommend slicing and drying the zucchini out before assembling your lasagna though, or you’ll have lasagna soup. 🍝
