Yesterday I walked 3 miles without hesitation. I downloaded an audiobook, and its the most fun walking I have ever had! It sure motivates. I am also sticking to the fast-5 outline, because right now it's helping me to get my blood sugars under control. I've got rashes on my belly and legs that I really need to get rid of. I am afraid they are blood-sugar related. I did get rid of them before and I hope I can do it again.
