I reached my goal of 140. But now what? I look at my body and I look fine but I always wanted to go for a lean body. I have never been one to work out consistently though but I can eat well consistently. Honestly coming from 193 to 140 is something that I never thought possible maybe I can reach my goal of getting a lean body, just maybe.
