Just bought a three in one yoga dvd. It has three differnt workouts and they are 60-75 minutes long each.
Two of them are the ones I was thinking about getting so the third is a bonus for me. Althoug I wish it had been the 20 min am, pm one I was wanting too. Oh well, can't win them all.
Going to try one out tonight since I already did my 15 miles on my bike, wahoo!!

I also went back through my entire weight history and changed it to match my new scale. Sad day since my new scale is 10 higher than my last but I think it is more accurate.
Still, I don't like seeing it 10 pounds higher:(
It was a pain in the ass as well to go back to every date and change it...glad that's over!

Ugh! Not fun. But you're still SKINNY! WTG on the workouts. I don't know how on earth you do it all.
