GAINING! ARE YOU SERIOUS! So much for eating healthy... low carb is the only way for me, I have proven it to myself. And grains of any kind are just plain BAD! When I was grain free low carb, my life was just better all around! I felt happy, had tons of energy, loved working out... and now that i'm just doing a calorie restrictive diet eating "healthy" foods like whole grains and low-cal foods... I'm GAINING! This just goes to show our moden western diet is no good and our bodies just can't process grains and carbs, they aren't designed to! But with convenience foods packs with grains and carbs everywhere, it's so hard to completely avoid them...
